This mandala was inspired by an Aboriginal tale of a snake shedding it’s skin to begin anew.

Chapter-6-in-square

When a snake gets too big for its’ skin, it naturally sheds off as the snake gets bigger and bigger. Shedding its’ skin is easy and makes room for new growth.

Many times in my life I’ve shed parts of me that no longer fit and began a new phase in my life.

Sometimes the shedding was natural and easy. Sometimes it was a struggle. I didn’t want the changes to be happening! It wasn’t fair, it was hard but it happened anyway.

Every change was for the best and resulted in my growth and well being.

Here are some questions for YOU to contemplate as you color this mandala:

How many times has your life began anew?

What old parts of you would you like to shed?

Download the mandala and color it while you contemplate each question (or Buy it Amazon.) and let me know what it inspires for you! Share it here, on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
