This mandala was inspired by all of the circles of friends, family and communities I have in my life.

Chapter-5-in-square

Each relationship effects us in some way and extends out to the other people in our lives creating a constantly growing and changing matrix of communities.

We are born into our own mandala of folks. Our family. Our immediate family is the most influential community in our lives, and then our extended family, close relatives, friends, church, school, work, volunteer organizations. You get the idea.

Sometimes we have to choose to create new communities if our current ones aren’t fulfilling us or if they are unhealthy.

You may want to quit a job or find new relationships outside of your immediate family. You may simply feel an urge to join a group that gives back to society or feeds your spirituality. You may have a wonderful family that’s affected the lives of others in a positive way!

Here are some questions for YOU to contemplate as you color this mandala:

What communities are you a part of? Families? Friends? Church? Work?

What relationships and communities impact you most positively?

How can you grow more positive relationships and communities in your life?

Download the mandala and color it while you contemplate each question (or Buy it Amazon.) and let me know what it inspires for you! Share it here, on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
