I learned what a mandala is by painting them in many workshops with Merry Norris.

I met Merry, who has become one of my closest friends in 2000. Over the course of about a year and a half, I painted 6 large mandalas! Merry has taught hundreds of women how to paint them. I eventually started to help Merry facilitate some painting workshops – mandalas and goddesses. What a joy!

Thanks to Merry, and Paul Haussetaum (who was Merry’s teacher), my life changed drastically.

While I mostly teach people to draw mandalas, I love painting them. So why do I teach people to draw them? Because “doodling” is not intimidating, it’s simply fun (and powerful at the same time!)
